The 11th edition of the BlueWeek is taking place next week in Palma.
As Maritime Research Institute of the Netherlands, we are proposing since 2012 a seminar programme that reflects the current developments in sustainable shipping, renewable ocean energy and ocean conservation/preservation. The location of the event varies each year in Europe and we try to find a place that puts sustainability high on its ambitions and actions. We were invited to host it in Balearic islands this year and use the facilities of the Port Authorities of Palma.
